Responsibilities
- Participate in structured graduate training and development programmes
- Rotate across assigned departments for broad business exposure
- Support daily operational and administrative activities
- Assist with business process improvement initiatives
- Conduct research and analyse operational data
- Support key account management and client relationship activities
- Participate in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business documentation
- Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring
- Comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with teams to achieve assigned objectives
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with First Class Honours from a recognised university
- Maximum age of 28 years at the time of application
- Completed NYSC
- Minimum of five O'Level credits, including Mathematics and English, obtained in not more than two sittings
- Excellent academic record
- Demonstrated leadership experience through extracurricular activities, volunteering, internships, or campus leadership roles
- Strong interest in building a career in logistics, supply chain, technology, or business management
